1. How long does delivery take?

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (if selected at checkout).

2. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they are processed or custom fabrics have been cut.

4. What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

5. Can I return my item?

Yes — if your item is unused and in original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that custom fabric cuts and personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
