Shipping policy

 

 

UK Shipping


We offer two shipping options to the UK, standard and express delivery.

Standard delivery is a flat rate of £4.99. Parcels are despatched within approximately 1 working day and there is an estimated 3-5 working day delivery time.

 Express delivery is a flat rate of £7.99. Parcels are despatched within approximately 1 working day and there is an estimated 1-2 working day delivery time.

 International Shipping (outside the UK)

We are not currently offering International shipping.

 

Important Information

 In periods of high order volume, orders may not be able to be shipped within the estimated despatch times, although every effort will be made to do so.

All delivery aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period.

Once your order has reached our fulfilment team and is being processed, we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch.

 

Cut off Time

 Our cut off time for shipping is 14:00 (2pm) UK time Monday - Friday. Any order received after 2pm will be process the next working day. Orders received during Bank Holidays will be process the next working day.  

 

Pre-Orders 

For pre-order items, please refer to the expected estimated delivery time at checkout. Please do not use next express delivery for pre-order items.

 What should I do if my order is late?

If your parcel has not arrived in the estimated time please first check with your neighbours and any 'safe places' your postman may have left your package (for example in a porch, greenhouse, behind your bin etc).

If unsuccessful, please next try calling either in person or by phone, your local sorting office. Your parcel may still be awaiting collection even if you have not received a card through your door, as postmen/women are not always able to leave cards on every delivery.

 If your parcel is not there for collection please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.

 At this stage we will then issue you with a claims form and offer to either refund or resend your goods. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
